By registering for a Common Ground Speaks event, attendees provide basic contact information, which may include:
Full name
Email address
School affiliation (if applicable)
This information is collected solely for event-related communication and engagement.

Send event updates and communications

Share information about future Common Ground Speaks events
We do not sell, rent, or distribute personal data for marketing purposes.
3. Data Sharing & Protection
We respect the privacy of our attendees and do not share personal data without consent, except:

When an attendee has requested or agreed to share information with a partner organization
Event partners, including host venues, do not have direct access to registration lists. All communications are managed by the Common Ground Speaks team.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Data is retained only as long as necessary for event-related purposes and is securely maintained.

6. Photography & Video Recording
Photography and video recording take place at all Common Ground Speaks events. By attending, you consent to being photographed and to the use of these images by Common Ground Speaks and its member schools for educational and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let a member of the event team know. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
